TITAN VERSES ROAD TO 10K GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

By entering the Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway (“Giveaway”), each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor concerning administration of the Giveaway.

  1. SPONSOR

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by:

Aaron Jackson Management LLC DBA Titan Verses
(“Sponsor” or “Titan Verses”).

Titan Verses is conducting this Giveaway as part of its Road to 10,000 Instagram followers.

  1. GIVEAWAY PERIOD & ROAD TO 10K MILESTONES

The Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway begins on the date officially announced by @titanversesofficial.

Milestone drawings will be conducted as @titanversesofficial reaches:

5,000 followers
6,000 followers
7,000 followers
8,000 followers
9,000 followers
10,000 followers

Each milestone drawing period will be announced separately.

Titan Verses will announce through @titanversesofficial and/or TitanVerses.com when an applicable milestone Giveaway opens and the applicable deadline for that drawing.

Only entrants satisfying the applicable requirements by the announced deadline will be included in that milestone drawing.

FINAL GIVEAWAY END DATE

The Giveaway will end no later than the conclusion of the 2026 -2027 New York Knicks’ final scheduled regular-season game for the applicable NBA season, regardless of whether @titanversesofficial has reached 10,000 followers.

Any Road to 10K milestone not reached by the applicable announced deadline or by the final Giveaway end date will expire. No drawing or prize is required for an unreached milestone, and unreached milestones will not carry over into a future NBA season.

Example: If @titanversesofficial reaches 7,000 followers but does not reach 8,000 before the applicable deadline/end of the Giveaway, the 8,000, 9,000 and 10,000 milestones expire and do not carry over to the next NBA season.

For ticket-prize milestones, Titan Verses may announce a milestone deadline before the final regular-season game when reasonably necessary to allow time for the drawing, winner verification, and delivery/use of an eligible pre-season or regular-season ticket prize.

Titan Verses is under no obligation to restart, renew, extend, or continue the Road to 10K Giveaway during a future NBA season.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to:

  • Legal residents of the United States
  • Individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • New & Existing Titan Verses members

IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN YOU JOINED TITAN VERSES.

Existing members have the same opportunity to participate as new members.

However:

EVERY ENTRANT MUST COMPLETE THE APPLICABLE GIVEAWAY ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.

The only exception is that existing Titan Verses members do not have to register again.

Existing members only need to provide their existing TitanVerses.com username and complete the remaining entry requirements.

All entrants must maintain a valid Titan Verses account through winner verification.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.

Sponsor may verify eligibility at any time.

Sponsor’s determinations regarding eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules are final, subject to applicable law.

All three follows are required because @risingstarsandlegends and @psych0xyz are supporting and contributing to the Giveaway along with Titan Verses.

  1. TELL TITAN VERSES YOU WANT TO ENTER

Contact Titan Verses through Instagram Direct Message or another entry/contact method designated by Titan Verses and state:

“I am registered on the TitanVerses.com platform. My username is [YOUR USERNAME], and I want to enter the TITAN VERSES ROAD TO 10K GIVEAWAY.”

Your TitanVerses.com username does not have to appear publicly in any optional Giveaway Reel or other public social-media content.

Titan Verses requires the username to verify your membership and Giveaway eligibility.

A potential winner may be required to provide their legal name, address and reasonable supporting documentation necessary to verify eligibility and award the prize.

  1. REPOST/SHARE THE GIVEAWAY

Entrants must repost/share the official Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway post or Reel as directed by Titan Verses.

This requirement applies to both new and existing Titan Verses members.

  1. OPTIONAL GIVEAWAY REEL – DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

Creating or posting a Giveaway Reel is completely OPTIONAL. A Reel is NOT required to enter or remain eligible for any milestone drawing.

Creating a Reel does NOT provide an additional entry, better odds, preferential treatment, or any other advantage in the random drawing.

Every verified eligible entrant included in a milestone drawing has the same chance of being randomly selected whether or not the entrant creates a Reel.

If you voluntarily choose to create a Reel, you may:

Rap or sing about Titan Verses

  • Tell people how excited you are that another Titan Verses contest is coming where artists can win prizes
  • Tell us why you would like Titan Verses to send you to Madison Square Garden to see a New York Knicks game
  • Talk about winning a Titan Verses T-shirt, sweatshirt, Psych0 clothing item, or accessory
  • Showcase your talent or tell your story
  • Explain what you’re trying to accomplish in music or entertainment
  • Tell us why you want to become part of Titan Verses / Rising Stars & Legends
  • If you create an optional Reel, you are welcome to request/invite @titanversesofficial as a collaborator and include #TitanVersesRoadTo10K. Titan Verses is not required to accept a collaboration request.
  • BE CREATIVE. RAP IT. SING IT. TELL YOUR STORY – BUT REMEMBER, THE REEL IS OPTIONAL AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
  1. TAG THREE PEOPLE ON THE OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY POST

To complete the Giveaway entry requirements, each entrant must tag three friends/accounts in a comment on the official Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway post or Reel published by @titanversesofficial.

The three people should be accounts the entrant genuinely follows and believes would be interested in the Titan Verses Giveaway, preferably a rapper, singer, model, another person pursuing opportunities in the music or entertainment industry, or a true New York Knicks fan.

The three tagged accounts should not include @risingstarsandlegends or @psych0xyz

because entrants are already required to follow those accounts.

Entrants should not use fake, inactive, duplicate, automated, or misleading accounts solely to satisfy the tagging requirement.

Only one qualifying three-account tag comment is required for the entrant’s initial Road to 10K entry.

  1. CONTINUING ELIGIBILITY FOR LATER MILESTONES

AN OPTIONAL REEL IS NEVER REQUIRED FOR INITIAL OR CONTINUING ELIGIBILITY.

Once an entrant properly completes the required Giveaway entry requirements and the entry has been verified, the entrant may remain eligible for later Road to 10K milestone drawings by continuing to satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements announced for those drawings.

To remain eligible for later drawings, entrants must continue satisfying the applicable eligibility requirements.

Titan Verses may require previously qualified entrants to:

REPOST/SHARE THE NEW MILESTONE GIVEAWAY ANNOUNCEMENT.

If a repost/share is required for a new milestone, Titan Verses will announce that requirement.

  1. YOU CAN WIN MORE THAN ONCE

WINNING DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REMOVE YOU FROM FUTURE DRAWINGS.

A person who wins one Road to 10K milestone prize may remain eligible to win again at a later milestone.

For example, a winner at 5,000 followers’ milestone may remain eligible at:

6K • 7K • 8K • 9K • 10K

provided that person continues satisfying all applicable Giveaway requirements.

  1. RANDOM DRAWING – EQUAL ODDS FOR ALL VERIFIED ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

THIS IS A RANDOM GIVEAWAY. AN OPTIONAL REEL DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Entrants do not receive an advantage based upon:

  • Number of followers
  • Number of views
  • Number of likes
  • Number of comments
  • Popularity
  • Professional production quality
  • Singing ability
  • Rapping ability

Creating, posting, or sharing an optional Giveaway Reel

EVERY VERIFIED ELIGIBLE ENTRANT INCLUDED IN A PARTICULAR DRAWING HAS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY TO BE RANDOMLY SELECTED.

Odds of winning depend upon the number of verified eligible entrants included in the applicable milestone drawing.

  1. HOW TITAN VERSES WILL RANDOMLY SELECT WINNERS

Before each milestone drawing, Titan Verses will prepare a list of all verified eligible entrants included in that drawing.

Each verified eligible entrant will be assigned a unique entry number.

For example, if there are 600 verified eligible entrants, the official drawing pool will consist of:

Titan Verses will use an independent random-number or randomization service, such as RANDOM.ORG, or another neutral randomization method, to randomly select a potential winner.

Example:

If there are 600 verified eligible entrants and the randomization service selects:

the verified entrant assigned Entry #347 becomes the potential winner, subject to final verification.

Alternatively, Titan Verses may randomly arrange the entire eligible entrant list. In that circumstance, the first randomly positioned eligible entrant will become the potential winner and subsequent positions may serve as alternates.

Titan Verses may preserve a:

  • Screen recording
  • Video
  • Screenshot
  • Electronic record
  • Entrant list
  • Randomization result
  • Other documentation of the drawing

for its records.

Titan Verses may publicly share portions of the random drawing or winner-selection process.

TITAN VERSES WILL NOT SELECT A WINNER BASED UPON PERSONAL PREFERENCE.

  1. ALTERNATE WINNERS

Titan Verses may randomly establish alternate potential winners as part of the original drawing.

For example:

If the first potential winner is ineligible, cannot be verified, fails to respond, declines the prize or is otherwise disqualified, Titan Verses may proceed to the next randomly established alternate.

Titan Verses is not required to conduct a completely new drawing when a valid alternate has already been established.

  1. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS

Clothing sizes, colors, styles and specific merchandise items are subject to availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

NO CASH OR ALTERNATE PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS.

The winner receives the specific prize designated for the applicable milestone.

If a winner cannot use the designated prize, Titan Verses is not required to provide a different prize, cash or merchandise substitute.

Any federal, state or local taxes associated with a prize are the responsibility of the winner where applicable.

Any prize details not expressly specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor, subject to applicable law and prize availability.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY BY SPONSOR, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

Sponsor is not responsible for replacing merchandise, tickets, or other prizes that are lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or inaccessible after confirmed delivery or transfer to the winner, except where required by applicable law. For electronically transferred tickets, the winner is responsible for providing accurate delivery information and timely accepting or accessing the transfer.

A winner may be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax documentation when required by applicable law. Sponsor may issue any tax reporting form required by law based on the actual value of prizes received.

  1. NEW YORK KNICKS REGULAR-SEASON AND PRE-SEASON TICKET PRIZES ONLY

When New York Knicks tickets are part of a milestone prize, the winner will receive only a New York Knicks home pre-season or regular-season ticket prize, as designated by Titan Verses:

TWO (2) TICKETS

to a New York Knicks pre-season or regular-season home game at Madison Square Garden designated by Titan Verses, subject to ticket availability.

Seating will most likely be in:

Section 225, Section 107, or another available section depending upon Titan Verses ticket availability for a designated game.

TICKET PRIZES DO NOT INCLUDE NBA PLAY-IN TOURNAMENT, NBA PLAYOFF, EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS, OR NBA FINALS TICKETS.

Titan Verses does not represent or guarantee that the New York Knicks will qualify for any postseason competition, and no postseason ticket is included in this Giveaway.

If no eligible pre-season or regular-season ticket inventory remains reasonably available for a ticket-prize milestone, Titan Verses may establish and announce an earlier deadline for that milestone before the final regular-season game. A ticket milestone not reached by its announced deadline expires and will not carry forward to a future NBA season.

Titan Verses will determine the specific eligible pre-season or regular-season game, date, section, row and seats based upon its available tickets.

Transportation, parking, airfare, lodging, food, beverages and other expenses are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.

If the winner cannot attend the designated game, Titan Verses is not required to provide tickets to another game, different seats, cash, merchandise or another prize.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION

Titan Verses will attempt to notify the potential winner through:

Instagram Direct Message from @titanversesofficial

and/or the:

Email address, phone number or other contact information associated with the entrant’s TitanVerses.com account.

Potential winners will have:

48 HOURS

From the time notification is sent to respond.

Before being confirmed as a winner, Titan Verses may require verification of:

  • Identity
  • Age
  • U.S. legal residency
  • TitanVerses.com membership and username
  • Required Instagram follows
  • Required repost/share

An optional Giveaway Reel or collaboration request is not required for winner verification.

  • Three tagged accounts
  • Any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility or deliver the prize

A potential winner may also be required to complete reasonable eligibility, prize-acceptance, liability or other documents permitted by applicable law.

If a potential winner fails verification, fails to respond within 48 hours, provides false information, declines the prize or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the potential winner may be disqualified, and Titan Verses may proceed to the next randomly selected alternate.

After eligibility verification, prize release is also subject to the Winner Acknowledgment Video & Prize Release requirement in Section 19.

REGARDING THIS GIVEAWAY, WINNERS DO NOT HAVE TO PAY MONEY TO RECEIVE THEIR PRIZE.

  1. WINNER ACKNOWLEDGMENT VIDEO & PRIZE RELEASE

As a condition of prize release, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, a confirmed winner must provide Titan Verses with a brief video or Instagram Reel acknowledging that the winner has been selected as a winner of the Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway and identifying the prize the winner is scheduled to receive.

The acknowledgment video is separate from any optional Giveaway Reel created before the drawing. Creating an optional entry Reel is not required, does not affect eligibility, and does not increase the entrant’s chances of winning.

The winner may be asked to state substantially: “I was selected as a winner of the Titan Verses Road to 10K Giveaway and I am scheduled to receive [IDENTIFY PRIZE] from Titan Verses.”

After the prize is delivered or transferred, Titan Verses may also request reasonable confirmation that the prize was received.

By accepting the prize and providing the acknowledgment video, the winner grants Titan Verses permission to organically repost, share, display, and promote the acknowledgment video through Titan Verses and affiliated social-media channels. Any broader commercial use may require a separate release where required by applicable law.

A confirmed winner who refuses to provide the required acknowledgment video after being notified of this condition may be deemed to have declined the prize, subject to applicable law, and Titan Verses may proceed to a previously established alternate winner.

  1. ENTRANT REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

If an entrant voluntarily creates, submits, tags Titan Verses in, or otherwise provides Titan Verses access to an optional Giveaway Reel, that entrant represents and warrants that:

  • The entrant created, owns, controls or otherwise has the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content
  • The entrant has obtained necessary permission for other individuals appearing in the content
  • The submission does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights
  • Information supplied by the entrant is accurate
  • The submission complies with these Official Rules and applicable law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, an entrant who voluntarily submits content agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or reasonable costs arising from the entrant’s breach of the foregoing representations regarding ownership, permissions, privacy, publicity, or intellectual-property rights in the submitted content.

Sponsor may remove, reject or decline to repost content containing false, unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing or otherwise inappropriate material.

Sponsor’s decision not to repost an optional Reel or accept an optional Collab request does not affect an entrant’s eligibility or odds of winning.

  1. PERMISSION TO SHARE AN OPTIONAL GIVEAWAY REEL

THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IF YOU VOLUNTARILY CREATE OR SUBMIT AN OPTIONAL GIVEAWAY REEL.

By voluntarily submitting an optional Giveaway Reel to Titan Verses, tagging @titanversesofficial, or inviting @titanversesofficial as a collaborator, the entrant gives Titan Verses permission to organically repost, share, display, feature and promote that optional Giveaway Reel through Titan Verses and affiliated social-media channels.

This may include:

Instagram • Facebook • TikTok • YouTube • X • Snapchat • Threads • Titan Verses website • RSAL aka Rising Stars & Legends website • Psych0 and other affiliated social-media channels.

This permission includes the entrants:

  • Social-media username
  • Image
  • Likeness
  • Voice
  • Performance
  • Statements
  • Other content voluntarily included in the submitted Reel

ENTRANTS RETAIN OWNERSHIP OF THEIR ORIGINAL CONTENT.

Entry into this Giveaway – and the decision whether or not to create an optional Reel – does not, by itself, give Titan Verses unlimited rights to use an entrant’s likeness, voice or content indefinitely in unrelated paid advertising, television commercials, television programs, paid digital advertising or unrelated future commercial campaigns.

Titan Verses may request a separate written content, likeness or promotional release for those broader uses.

  1. FRAUD, BOTS, TAMPERING & DISQUALIFICATION

Entries must be made by the actual entrant.

Titan Verses may disqualify an entrant who:

  • Uses fake accounts or identities
  • Uses bots or automated entry methods
  • Creates fraudulent Titan Verses registrations
  • Uses purchased or artificial engagement
  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Attempts to manipulate a drawing
  • Tampers with the entry process
  • Interferes with TitanVerses.com or risingstarsandlegends.com and associated social-media accounts
  • Violates these Official Rules
  • Attempts to interfere with the fair administration of the Giveaway

Acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, abusive, threatening, harassing, or intimidating manner toward Sponsor, another entrant, a winner, or any other person in connection with the Giveaway.

Sponsor may also disqualify any person who uses another person’s account, misrepresents account ownership, or otherwise attempts to enter or claim a prize through an account the person does not own or control.

If a dispute arises regarding the identity of an entrant, Titan Verses may require reasonable evidence establishing the entrant’s identity and ownership/control of the applicable Titan Verses and/or Instagram account.

For purposes of resolving an identity dispute, Sponsor may require evidence that the entrant is the authorized holder or authorized user of the applicable TitanVerses.com account, Instagram account, and/or email address used in connection with the entry or prize claim.

Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law against any person who deliberately damages, interferes with, tampers with, or attempts to undermine the Giveaway, Sponsor websites, social-media accounts, or related systems.

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS & TECHNICAL FAILURES

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or unsuccessful entries, messages, reposts, communications, or optional Reel/Collab requests caused by circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.

This includes:

  • Network failures
  • Internet outages
  • Mobile-device problems
  • Website failures
  • Server failures
  • Software errors
  • Social-media platform outages
  • Failed transmissions
  • Technical malfunctions
  • Other similar problems beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or another circumstance materially affects the security, fairness, integrity or proper administration of a milestone drawing, Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action consistent with applicable law.

  1. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway and/or accepting a prize, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages or injuries arising directly from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an awarded prize, except to the extent such claims cannot legally be waived or limited.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

  1. RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE

If the Giveaway or a particular milestone drawing cannot be conducted as reasonably intended because of:

  • Fraud
  • Tampering
  • Unauthorized intervention
  • Technical failure
  • Platform failure
  • Applicable law
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Other conditions affecting administration, security, fairness or integrity

Titan Verses reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, cancel or terminate the affected Giveaway or drawing.

Where appropriate, Titan Verses may select the applicable winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected event or use another method Sponsor reasonably determines to be fair and consistent with applicable law.

  1. SOCIAL-MEDIA / KNICKS / NBA / MSG DISCLAIMER

THIS IS A TITAN VERSES GIVEAWAY.

This Giveaway is sponsored and administered solely by:

Aaron Jackson Management LLC DBA Titan Verses.

It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram/Meta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube/Google, X, Snapchat, Threads or any other third-party social-media or technology platform through which the Giveaway may be promoted or shared.

It is also not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the New York Knicks, Madison Square Garden, the National Basketball Association (NBA), or their respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, employees or representatives.

By participating, each entrant acknowledges that Instagram is not a sponsor, administrator or endorser of this Giveaway and releases Instagram from claims relating to the administration of this Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

  1. PRIVACY

Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with these Official Rules and Titan Verses’ Privacy Policy:

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; VENUE & GOVERNING LAW

Except where prohibited by law, the parties shall first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway informally.

If the dispute is not resolved, the parties shall participate in good-faith mediation in Queens County, New York, before commencing litigation.

If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any action shall be brought exclusively in an appropriate state or federal court located in or serving Queens County, New York, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

New York law shall govern without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually and not through any form of class, collective, consolidated or representative action.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants waive the right to seek punitive, incidental or consequential damages and attorneys’ fees and waive any right to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to eliminate or restrict any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.

  1. SEVERABILITY & HEADINGS

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Headings and captions are included solely for convenience and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Official Rules.

After winners are confirmed, the name or Instagram handle, city and state of confirmed winners may be made available by Titan Verses for a reasonable period following completion of the Road to 10K Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
